Passengers may continue as a guest without creating an account. However, registered members can enjoy additional benefits such as ETPoint rewards, faster checkout, booking history access, and exclusive promotions.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
No. Passengers may present the e-ticket directly from their mobile device during check-in or boarding.
What should I do if I cannot find my booking confirmation?
Passengers may retrieve their booking details using the registered email address or booking reference number. You may also contact our support team for assistance.
How early are schedules available for booking?
Travel schedules are released depending on operator availability, destination, and travel season. Certain schedules may be available weeks or months in advance.
Are child fares available?
Yes. Child fare eligibility and pricing are subject to the operator’s policy for the selected route.
Is a ticket required for infants or young children?
Some operators may allow infants or young children to travel without a separate ticket if no seat is occupied. Passengers are advised to check the operator’s policy before booking.
Can bookings be made through phone calls or customer service?
To ensure booking accuracy and secure payment processing, all bookings must be completed through the official website or mobile application.
Booking & Payment
How do I book a ticket?
Passengers can book tickets by selecting the destination, travel date, departure schedule, and passenger details before proceeding with payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support various payment methods including online banking, debit cards, credit cards, and selected e-wallet services.
Will I receive a booking confirmation after payment?
Yes. A booking confirmation together with the e-ticket will be sent after 15 minutes to the registered email address once payment is successful.
What should I do if my payment is successful but I did not receive my ticket?
Passengers are advised to check their Spam or Junk mailbox first. Please note that the e-ticket will be generated and sent within approximately 15 minutes after successful payment. A purchase confirmation email will also be sent upon successful transaction.
Kindly allow some time for the process to be completed. If you still do not receive your e-ticket after the waiting period, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Can I make changes to my booking after payment?
Booking changes are generally not permitted after payment. However, if you require any assistance, kindly contact our customer support team. We will try to check with the respective bus operator, subject to their terms and discretion.
Ticket & Boarding
How early should I arrive before departure?
Passengers are encouraged to arrive at least 30 to 60 minutes before departure time for check-in and boarding procedures.
What documents are required during boarding?
Passengers may be required to present their e-ticket together with a valid identification document during verification.
What happens if I miss my departure?
Missed departures are generally considered forfeited and may not be refundable. However, this depends on the operator’s policy.
Can I transfer my ticket to another passenger?
Generally, ticket transfers are not permitted. However, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the operator’s terms and discretion.
Is seat selection available?
Seat selection availability may vary depending on the bus operator and route selected. If the option is available, passengers can choose their preferred seat during the booking process.
Refund & Cancellation
Can I request a refund for my booking?
Refund requests are subject to the operator’s cancellation and refund policy.
How long does the refund process take?
Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 working days depending on bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

What is ETPoint?
ETPoint is the official membership reward program where passengers earn points from every successful ticket purchase made through our platform.
How do I earn ETPoints?
Passengers will automatically collect ETPoints for every eligible booking made using a registered member account.
How can I redeem my ETPoints?
Accumulated ETPoints may be redeemed during checkout for booking discounts, with redemption values of up to RM50 per transaction.
Where can I check my ETPoint balance?
Members may check their available ETPoint balance directly through the mobile app or website account dashboard.
Why should I register and download the mobile app?

My payment was not completed, but my points were deducted
Please allow up to 12 hours for your points to be refunded.
Why are my points marked as pending?
Your points will remain in pending status and will be updated to active 12 hours after your boarding time.
Why can’t I redeem all of my points for partial payment?
To comply with payment gateway requirements, a minimum balance of RM1 must be paid using another payment method. Therefore, the maximum redeemable points may be capped if the remaining balance would be less than RM1.
How to Redeem ETPoints & Enjoy Travel Discounts
1. Register & Activate Your Membership Account
Create your ETicketing.my member account through our website or mobile application to start collecting ETPoints with every successful booking.
Once registration is completed, you may login using your registered email address or mobile number to access member features and rewards.
2. Login Before Completing Payment
Before proceeding with payment, login to your ETicketing.my member account to ensure your ETPoints are collected and available for redemption.
Simply enter your registered Email Address / Mobile Number and Password to continue.
3. Redeem Your ETPoints
During checkout, your available ETPoint balance will be displayed on the payment page.
Select the amount of ETPoints you wish to redeem and the discount will be automatically applied to your booking total.
Please note that reward redemption is subject to applicable terms and conditions.
4. Review Your Discounted Fare
The redeemed discount amount will appear in the Payment Summary before payment confirmation.
Passengers may proceed with payment after verifying the updated fare amount.
5. Check Your ETPoint Balance Anytime
Members may monitor their ETPoint balance, reward history, and booking records directly through the Member Dashboard on the website or mobile application.
